Celebrating football fans were snapped in 120 degrees using 40 cameras fired simultaneously, to look as if suspended in motion - evoking the iconic ‘bullet’ scene from The Matrix.
The experiential centrepiece was inspired by the camera technology in the all-new Ford Focus and created magical moments for people to share online and across social media platforms.
The footage formed a 15-second video which was uploaded onto YouTube and almost immediately accessable, with stand hosts on hand to show visitors how to share their moment via Facebook, Twitter or email on digital tablets.
A staggering 3,163 videos were created during the eight days of the festival, resulting in 71,000 YouTube views, 9,400 visits to the www.fordfocuscam.com website, a YouTube Top 100 Channel rosette and BBC News Online coverage.
