Imagination director Richard Foulkes has been elected President of the International Special Events Society (ISES) UK Chapter’s 2010/11 board, to commence at the ISES UK AGM on July 15.
Richard will lead the ISES UK board, spearheading their campaign to encourage young people to join the society, become the future committee members and nurture and prepare new talent.
An industry figurehead, Richard has worked at Imagination for more than 25 years and been on its board of directors for 12 years, contributing to experiential campaigns across the world for many of the world’s most famous brands.
“With the world’s most important sporting events coming to the UK in the near future, the years ahead present unlimited opportunities for the best talent,” he said. “ISES has an opportunity to connect with the next generation and make our profession as relevant and forward-thinking as it ever has been.”
