The retail design programme brings an understated and elegant look to Aston Martin dealerships worldwide; prestigious and unique, whilst combining contemporary and timeless designs.

By creating a sense of interior and exterior space for cars and customers, the concept places the car like a work of art as the distinctive centrepiece of the showroom. In some instances, cars were actually “framed” by a window design.

Materials contribute to the feeling of luxury by putting the emphasis on quality and detailed execution, integrating marble, glass and aluminium with classic, yet still contemporary, furniture. Modular lacquered wall panels convey technical precision and rhythm, subtly contrasting with a backdrop of smooth white rendered walls and ceilings.

While the architecture and interior design of every showroom makes a consistent brand statement and complies with the retail design programme, each is also treated as an individual project with its own characteristics and practical considerations.

 

Results

The design and identity have been adopted by over 100 locations since 2001, and the programme continues to evolve globally as Aston Martin extends its dealerships.
