In May 2008 Global Investment House raised $1.15bn through a GDR offering as the first Kuwaiti company to list on the LSE. Demand was strong and the deal was priced mid-range at $18.75 per share.
Since its founding in 1998, Global Investment House has grown to become one of the leading asset management and investment banking companies in the GCC and MENA Regions.
Imagination managed the whole roadshow including four investment banks, travelling to 13 cities in 10 days, with extensive coverage of the Middle East. We had less than a week’s lead time to plan and arrange the meetings, flights, private jets, accommodation, venues, catering, ground transport and dinner/entertainment. Imagination designed and produced backdrops and associated assets for group meetings in London, New York, Boston and the opening ceremony at the London Stock Exchange.
