Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) raised US$19 billion in the world's largest ever initial public offering after it priced the Hong Kong portion at the top end of an indicated range, boosted by an overwhelming demand from investors.  This transaction was also the first ever simultaneous dual-listing in Shanghai and Hong Kong.  The deal values the largest lender of the "big four" state-owned commercial banks at US$129 billion in terms of market capitalization, ranking it seventh among banks in the world. 

We provided the following services:

Corporate Film - a 4 minute overview of the company's business activities shot on location in China.

Design - the designers in Hong Kong created the backdrop for the stage sets in Hong Kong, London, Singapore and New York, and the environment, backdrop and invitation for the listing ceremony in Hong Kong.

Production - we produced a total of 15 group investor meetings in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, London, Edinburgh, New York, Boston and San Francisco;

Video Press conference - we produced a live 3 -way video link-up press conference call between senior management in London and San Francisco to the press in Hong Kong. 

Project/Logistics/Travel and Roadshow desk - we managed two client teams, including six investment banks, comprising of 72 people in total, travelling through 13 cities in 12 days arranging the daily meeting schedule, flights, accommodation, private jets, venues, catering, ground transportation, dinners and entertainment.

Listing Ceremony - we produced, designed and stage managed the listing ceremony event for 600 distinguished guests in Hong Kong.
