
Virgin Mobile USA listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the fall of 2007 raising $412mn. Imagination organized and executed the global roadshow while at the same time and developing the company’s investor relations program.
The roadshow was two weeks long, with the team meeting investors in 16 cities across the US, UK, and Mainland Europe.

IR Consulting
Our Investor Relations Director worked in-house at Virgin Mobile, creating a comprehensive IR Program and advising on all aspects of investor and analyst communications. Our consultants worked intensively on program planning and continue to strategize and manage Virgin Mobile USA’s IR program after launch. Specific projects included: website, database development, analyst estimate tracking, development of internal market reports for senior management & Board, internal financial development and guidance planning.
Into 2008 Imagination continue consulting on earnings announcements, the annual report and corporate responsibility report.
Presentation
Our IR consultants worked in conjunction with the banks to develop a clear and concise roadshow presentation and Q&A.
Production
Produced a total of 10 group presentations, 50 one-on-one investor meetings across the USA, UK, and Europe, and an elaborate and memorable listing ceremony.
Design
Our designers worked to create a visually exciting and powerfully branded set for the large group meetings, refined version for smaller group meetings, and listing ceremony to punctuate the strength of the brand and fully convey the essence of Virgin Mobile USA. Additionally we created a visually engaging, interactive version of the 2007 Annual Report.

We arranged the daily meeting schedule and flights, accommodation, private jets, venues, catering, ground transportation.
Listing
We worked to conceive, plan and execute all aspects of the listing event to maximize the amount of publicity for the Virgin Mobile USA brand.
