Exploring creativity with young designers

Imagination Dearborn has embarked upon an initiative that will broaden our involvement and exposure within the local design community. By establishing relationships with local art and design colleges we hope to share our multidisciplinary approach and wealth of real world experience with students who represent the next generation of designers. As our first step in this new initiative, we have had the opportunity to participate in an exhibition design studio class with Detroit’s Wayne State University.

The ImaginationAcademy Graduate programme is now open!

  • , POSTED BY admin

ImaginationAcademy is a symbol of Imagination’s commitment to education, creativity and commerce. It’s a global initiative, celebrating and developing talent across all disciplines. The Academy helps Imagineers continue to develop their careers and brings new talent to the business at every level, be it a school leaver or a masters graduate.

Partnerships

The Academy partners with academic institutions to nurture future generations of talent.  It was launched at UCL, as the first formal partnership in our global program to connect into centres of excellence and develop relationships with world-class universities. We launched the ImaginationAcademy bursary scheme with the Bartlett School of Architecture as they celebrated 175 years of academic excellence in January and sponsored the inaugural Donaldson Lecture delivered by award-winning artist Grayson Perry CBE. Throughout 2016, we’ll launch further global bursaries for masters level graduates in Sydney, New York and Detroit.
